How long does Shea Butter last?

Shea butter does not have an expiry date as such, however we recommend using it within 2 years of purchase.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of this product we cannot offer any refunds because of hygiene reasons.

What if I didn't receive my package?

All deliveries are fully tracked, if your package is delayed, please drop us an email and we'll chase it for you urgently.

Can I cancel my order?

No, all sales are final.

How can I check the status of my order?

We will send you a confirmation email shortly after you place  your order and keep you updated with deliver times.

What forms of payment do you except?

We except online payments through Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

My item arrived damaged, what can I do?

It is highly unlikely this will happen as we package our items very securely to prevent any damage to occur on the actual jar. However, if there is any damage, please email us immediately.

My package hasn't arrived?

In the unlikely event your package hasn't arrived in the specified time frame (at least 7 business days after it is shipped) please let us know by emailing enquiries@sheafulskin.com
